5.3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions. These terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases where the required goods are not available in the Seller’s warehouse, and the Buyer is informed of the shortage of the ordered goods. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and agree on the terms of delivery.  The delivery period begins after the Seller receives payment from the Buyer for the goods and delivery services (except in cases where the Buyer has chosen to pick up the goods by visiting a retail store). If the Buyer has chosen to pay in cash or by payment card upon pickup at the showrooms, the delivery period shall be calculated from the moment the Sales Contract between the Buyer and the Seller is concluded.

5.4. Ordered goods must be picked up no later than within 3 (three) business days, calculated from the Seller’s confirmation that the order is “Delivered to the showroom” and is ready for pickup, if the Buyer has chosen this delivery method.

5.6. The Seller has the right to require the Buyer to pay an additional delivery fee for such a repeat delivery of the goods. If the Buyer unreasonably fails to accept the goods and during their redelivery, it shall be deemed that the Buyer has withdrawn from the Contract, and the Buyer’s order shall be canceled, with the Buyer being notified of this via the email address provided in their registration form or order form. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid by the Buyer within 5 calendar days after the withdrawal from the Contract, deducting the fees for all completed deliveries from the refund amount. Upon noticing any damage to the external appearance of the shipment and/or goods, or discrepancies in the assortment and/or quantity of the goods, the Buyer (or the Buyer’s representative) must note this on the shipment delivery confirmation provided by the Seller or Courier (VAT invoice, waybill, or other similar document) and draw up and sign, together with the Seller or Courier, a free-form report of damage to and/or discrepancies in the shipment and/or goods. If the Buyer (the Buyer’s representative) has not performed these actions in the presence of the Seller or the Courier, the Buyer shall not be entitled to make claims against the Seller regarding damage to the external appearance of the shipment and/or goods, or discrepancies in the assortment and/or quantity of the goods. Any damage or discrepancies recorded at the time of delivery shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure and within the timeframe agreed upon by the Buyer and the Seller.

5.11. Once the Buyer (or the Buyer’s representative) has signed the delivery confirmation (VAT invoice, bill of lading, or other similar document) without any comments, it shall be deemed that the goods have been delivered in undamaged packaging, and that the assortment, quantity, and quality of the goods comply with the terms of the Purchase Agreement.
